Hop on over to Drake’s Dealership and join us for a delightful Easter Brunch on Easter Sunday, April 20th from 12-3PM filled with delicious flavors, festive cheer, and special moments with family and friends!

Brunch Menu

• Chilaquiles Pizza – salsa roja, mozzarella, red onion, egg, cotija, lime crema, cilantro, tortilla strips
• Croque Madame Pizza – mornay sauce, mozzarella, ham, 2 eggs, dijonnaise, micro mirpoix, pecorino
• Loco Moco – rice, burger patty, mushroom gravy, fried egg, green onion, furikake, Gochugaru, hibiscus flower
• Yogurt Bowl – Greek yogurt, trail mix, honey and fresh strawberry
• Crab Congee – ginger rice congee, fried egg with dungeness crab meat, chili oil, green onion, Thai basil
• Eggs On Tast – two slices of miche bread, scrambled egg, pecorino mornay sauce, nduja sausage, bull’s blood micro greens
• Mushroom Tostada – sauteed wild mushrooms, kewpie mayo, chili crisp, pickled onions, fried shallots, bulls blood beets
