• Eggs On Toast – two slices of miche bread, scrambled egg, pecorino mornay sauce, nduja sausage, bull’s blood micro greens
• Loco Moco – rice, burger patty, mushroom gravy, fried egg, green onion, furikake, gochugaru, hibiscus flower
• Peach Toast – miche bread, labneh, roasted peaches, bacon, candied pecans, mint, basil, hot honey
• Crab Deviled Eggs – garlic mayo, local dungeness crabs, house chili oil, green onion
• Yogurt Bowl – Greek yogurt, seasonal fruit, granola
• Croque Madame Pizza – mornay sauce, mozzarella, ham, 2 eggs, dijonnaise, micro mirpoix, pecorino
